New York Times reporter was fired for criticizing Obama and Goldman Sachs
A columnist New York Times
has publicly stated that he believes he was fired last week simply for criticizing President Obama and his policies.
commentator Ben Stein wrote in
American Spectator, that the real reason for his dismissal was not due, as the paper said, a conflict of interest due to their participation as service spokesman FreeScore rating . com, or by budgetary issues. Stein stated, rather, was "expelled from the New York Times
" due to the recent criticism of Obama.

Stein is well known for his controversial 2008 film Expelled
, in which he argues that the scientific theory of evolution has contributed to the rise of fascism, communism, atheism, abortion and eugenics.
Stein believes his commitment to this project also contributed to his eventual dismissal, followed by a barrage of hate mail from those who he describes as "neo-Darwinists." He also
cites his questioning of the activities of Goldman Sachs as another reason for his dismissal.
"I made a new group of antagonists for criticizing repeatedly and in detail the real power in this country," investment bank Goldman Sachs, for what seemed like questionable behavior. This caused a mountain of e-pro, but also some complaints from people well placed, "wrote Stein.
Stein was previously criticized in an interview in 2008 after comparing one of the largest concentrations of the Obama campaign with the concentrations of Adolf Hitler's Nazis in Nuremberg.
