At approximately 6:15 pm on 13MAY2011, police personnel of the Department Counterdrug DIVPOL-Canchis, which held motorized patrol at dawn yesterday, near Avenida Arequipa (bus terminal height), proceeded to intervention the subject identified as Pablo César CHRISTOPHER ORTIZ (23), singles, driver, with DNI No. 44504837 domiciled in the street José Carlos Mariategui No. 888 of the Urb Manuel Prado - Sichuan, who apparently was drunk on board of the pickup truck taxi plate No. PIV-510, being made available to the Department of Traffic Police for appropriate investigatory actions.
